You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• Agents must hold a valid professional license where required by local law and may be asked to verify it.
• You are responsible for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Agents and property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of the listings they publish, including price, availability, photos, and property details.

• Listings must represent properties the agent or owner is authorized to market.
• ImmoDeals does not verify every listing and is not a party to any transaction between buyers, sellers, or renters.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, or violates these terms.

When using ImmoDeals, you agree not to:

• Post false, fraudulent, or misleading property listings.
• Discriminate against any user based on race, religion, gender, disability, or other protected status.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse contact information obtained through the platform.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable real estate regulations.

Agents may purchase promotional placements to increase the visibility of their listings. All fees are shown before purchase and are non-refundable once a promotion has started, except where required by law.

We may change promotion pricing or features at any time; changes will not affect promotions already in progress.

The ImmoDeals name, logo, and platform design are the property of ImmoDeals. Content you upload, such as listing photos and descriptions, remains yours, but by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute it on our platform and marketing channels.

ImmoDeals is a marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, renters, and agents. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any property listed on the platform, and we make no warranties about the accuracy of listings or the conduct of any user.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmoDeals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction between users.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using ImmoDeals and close your account at any time from your Profile settings.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
